Re: Minimum amount of diving to keep proficient with ECCR?

Hi Vlada,

I find if I'm off the Rebreather for any more then a two week period, I get very rusty. Now having said that, I'm finding that with the additional hours being racked on the unit (Prism) I'm not as bad as it was when I only had 50hrs, it was easier at 70 and much easier at the 100hr mark. Espeically when managing a scooter, two or three 80's for bailout, flying the unit manually and trying to not loose my dive buddy in 20' or less vis. So of course, the more you use all the gear for the longest/deepest dive that you would do, the easier it will become and in time you may not have to practice as often, maybe once every two weeks not once every week.

But then not getting in the water at least once a week, would be like not having sex two or three times a day.
