Re: Our compact plate for PRISM head and basket

Hey Andy, glad to hear from you.

As far as the slots go. The top is remnants of the slots on the plate you have, just joined to make one long slot. Bottum slot allows two attachment points for added butt plate, bungee through for lift bag, etc. The slots let you place different length items. Plate is SS so plenty strong for slot instead of drilling several holes.Just an idea and thought we would try it out.

The Plate is 1.5 inches longer, extended the butt. Same width, or cowling wouldn't fit.

Obviously new saddle. What do you think of all delrin? Flush mounted screws from back side? Got rid of the bolt and nylock nut on the unit you have.

Hole/Handle at top. will probably route cables through here to keep them from pinching against top of plate and ALSO Hands trying to help out by lifting my unit and not knowing what they are grabbing.

Also went and Got some bed liner rubber material to replace the inner tubes that we were using. Put it on yesterday, will go see how it came out/dried later. Hope it sticks underwater. My truck bed liner doesn't come off in the rain . Will post a pic when i get back so you can see.

Hope all is well, Going to be in Dallas this weekend for the Diverite tech weekend, taking the PRISM. Hoping to see exactly how they set their sidemount sling tanks. And 3 weeks from our Bonaire trip, much needed Combat diving in warm water. Talk soon.
