Amazing article
as an aside,
I find it ammusing that those of us that live at sealevel most of their lives require all this gear and technology to do a sumit on everest, when on the other hand a shirpa who is accustomed to living at altitude can do that summit in one day.
hmmmm... maybe if I slept in my bathtub I would have a better SAC....
