Extremely interesting , congratulations
Could you share some more info as the web site has very little info on the rebreather itself (all I could find was: http://www.xtreme-everest.co.uk/news_detail.php?article=197 )

I guess everybody here is very interested – especially about the
the ExtendAir scrubber to work at -30C instantly, without a pre-breath” part
In the environmental chamber tests we froze solid the CCRs-- one with our 5 inch cartridge and one with the same amount of Sofnolime (at -30C) after 24 hours of freezing we started breathing on the loop instantly at 20bpm and 40RMV (tidal volume 2l). On average the Sofnolime reached .5 CO2 in 15 minutes and the cartridge reached .5 at 245 minutes.
The fact that the cartridges can be pre-loaded without dusting and loosness created from the vibration, that your average oxen and sherpa can generate, made it an even more obvious choice--try pouring some granules into a canister at minus 25C with 50 mile an hour wind. Of course you don't have to spank the canister...you just shiver!
