the only difficult part for the conversion is the fitting for the adv tube. I posted a suppler, search under biopak fittings. you have to have it reamed to match the original. the oricife plug is just a just a 7/16 or 9/16 sae plug. Tracy has mk15 hoses that will fit, and the rest is just bending some tubing. the apapter for the hp port is 1/8 npt female to 7/16 sae or #4 jic. to reorient the scrubber mount small stainless plates to the four courners and install standoffs, you dont have to machine a fancy ring for this. but do make sure you install the lung in the right way or you will blow the center section off the mount doing a pos check. yes i did install my lung upside down once, it was late. if you can get a hold of a bp 240 center section it will fit nicely and then you have some real time. Depending on which mav you have, the knob turn style is junk, through away, the push button is good but i have found that the wing gets in the way. i mounted it in the standard mk15 position. if is was going to do it again i would go with over the shoulder straped clifford valves. the next problem is how to fasten the wing, two zee brackets down the flats on each side of the botton case worked great for me and one screw in the top center.i made the brackets from two peices of stock so i could align them better. bend one at 85 degrees and one at 95 for better alignment. plasma cutter come in handy here but i built them from 1/8 plate, it is over kill, anything .050 or better is fine and much easier to trim. a stand is not nessary but would be nice if you plan to upgrade. i think that the bp60 used the same tank as the bp 240 so o2 is not a problem, i know that the saddles are the same. if you want to change out to a 13 cf a 1/4 inch rubber pad is needed for the saddle. have fun in your own little dive shop of horrors. hope i have helped, or at least stoped you from buy all those useless spares that we home builders seem to collect.
