Hey Guys,
Been away a while, but glad to be back.

2nd plate design is done. We made all the changes to the plate as stated in earlier in this thread. George even added a cut out/handle. I think we will run cables off head through there to keep from pinching them against anything.

Also, New saddle. All delrin with bevel headed screws from the back. Makes it look clean. The delrin should help when mounting and unmounting the bucket as it will slide easier. Only thing is no shock absorber with the softer mounted saddle if it were to fall.

Question though. Instead of using the inner tube for tank protection and anti-slip material against the SS, what do you think off the spray on bedliner rubber. Just a thought. Should have same clearance so the cowling will still fit.

For alls info, we did have to buy a plate of stains steel, so we used it all to make as many as we could, and have 7 plates extra. Unless otherwise stated, going to sell them $200 a piece. let me know if you are interested.
