How Guys we trying to determine DCI including MINOR symptoms take place on dives to or below 91 meters (300 fsw)
If you dive with a group such as AUE list all not just your answers- how many are in group
Also what deco models are being followed
What adjustments if any are you making to the deco schedules
Do you do gas switches
do you switch to or use air at any depth
What po2's do you run
Roughly how many dives to these depths have you done
how many annually do you do
Maximum dept and symptoms or no symptoms
OC or CCr
what if any emergencies
What conditions (water tem etc-wreck- cave ) are the dives in?
