A wiff ?yea it looks stinky but Come on give the guy a break .
he just wants more info and can't seem to put it into words with the plethera of experts here

Here's my take, he tried the evolution.. he was a bit scared (good for him) he was shaking like a hound dog shitin a pinecone and he missed half of the briefing while his inner voice was screaming at him.
