roughly I would say, at the moment, if you can do it with 2 tanks (10 or 12 liter) as OC bail-out, it's easier with OC than BOB
the tanks are always ready to use, for each dive.. the BOB must be checked/prepared for each dive..
people are used to OC, changing regulators...

if you need 3 big tanks or more to get up or out... BOB can be an alternative, if you can handle it...
