A 3L tank is something like a 19cu.ft LP.
I think there is a LP19 (maybe LP20) from faber (3.1 liters), but I think it has a round bottom.

An aluminum 19cu.ft at 3000 psi is something like 2.6 liters, it has a square bottom.

Remember that in the metric system tanks are named after their internal volume (at 1 atm), in the US they are named after their total volume at the rated pressure.
