AFAIK DeepLife team has buit fault tree for various configurations of the unit,
for example when it uses solenoid. Original design of the O.R. rebreather uses variable orifice.
This is applicable for instance when some manufacturer wants to adapt PPO2 controller only, while other mechanical parts of the particular unit are the same, i.e. solenoid, scrubber etc.
