Sorry fellas, but I gotta disagree on this one. Most people work on a much higher resolution than 800x600. I understand the problem of aging eyes as I am currently coding for the Disability Services Commission, however with the constant demand to fit more information in a smaller space, the fact that some people use lower resolution settings is not generally taken into consideration with commercial web development, or by users uploading photos.

To give you an idea, my screen resolution is 1280x1024 but that is only because my Government screens won't go any higher

I sympathise, but believe you are pi$$ing against the tide.
