Halocarbon lubricants scored well within the O2 compatibility database, however no experience with using it, not sure of out gassing or toxicity levels
Did not see anything under Fromblin.
Did a little searching around on the web and came across the attached, does a good job describing the how and why of O2 clean & compatible breathing systems.
