I don't think there is any easy way of saying it........... weighting is a physiological thing, you, me.......... we all need to stay in shape, physically and mentally. A persons bone structure may be heavier than another's and will need less weight than some else of the same weight, but if you weigh 90+Kg's and have got a tyre around your waist it's one thing, but when your 90+Kg's and your diving a 'Turtle shell' but your allso 'Sporting a Turtle shell' (yor ABS) it's a diffrent matter........ FAT floats, muscle matter sinks.
