Friends are off to Gozo in April on BA and its Max 23Kg They have been through hell trying to get their CCRs on the plane. I am told its now sorted but they still haven't had it confirmed in writing.
They spoke to BA who said a special note had been added to their file. Then they spoke to them again the next week and the new person the spoke to said there was nothing on the file.
Do not trust BA you must get it in writing. They will refuse and you do have to fight.
Pete asked to talk to the complaints department and was told they don't have one ??????? BA has no complaints department? Thats one way of dealing with customer complaints, just tell them to sod off
