Hi Paul,

For me the difference is seeing what the PPO2 values are as you breathe. The slight fluctuations that show the cells actually shifting, albeit by small amounts.

HUDs are a great safety feature, but they generally give you a 'Within Setpoint Range' or 'Out of Setpoint Range'.

Even the Smithers code HUDs do not give you the visual information that a glance at a display can provide.

HUDs significantly improve diver safety IMHO, for me they are there to compliment the displays, not the other way around.
